1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Items marked “Final Sale”
4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team at info@ceramicsbyfiona.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

Pack the item securely, include the RA number on the outside of the package, and ship to the address we provide.
5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size or color), please follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement item.
