International Orders

We use NZ Post to ship orders to Australia. This is an untracked economy option with an insurance cover up to $250. If you would like a quote for an order to be sent elsewhere, please send an email to info@ceramicsbyfiona.com.

If by rare chance the shipment is misplaced in its journey we are able to dispatch a new order providing the value of the goods does not exceed $250. We ask that the shipping costs are covered by the recipient of the order.

Duties and taxes are to be paid by the receiver.

If your purchased item is damaged in transit we ask you notify us with images within 7 days of the parcel arriving. A replacement or refund will be issued. Exchanges are at the cost of the recipient, if you receive an item you wish to exchange we ask you please cover the return cost and new dispatching cost. If you are unsure about glaze options please email us prior and we can consider sending glazes sample tiles to your delivery address.
